How soon will my order be processed?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification, when your item has been shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies from $5.95 to $8.95 per item. Shipping is reduced for each item, if more than one item is ordered in one transaction.
How do you ship?
We ship USPS Priority Mail.
Do you ship overseas?
As of now, we only ship domestically.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using a debit or credit card via PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay. When prompted to enter your PayPal information, simply click on “Don’t Have a PayPal Account.”
Can I return my merchandise if I don’t like it?
Yes, but returns must be made within 7 days of product delivery. The merchandise cannot be stained, washed or altered in any way, or the item will not be accepted. All return requests must be made by contacting us on our Contact Us page or e-mailing email@example.com.
What is needed for a return?
Original receipts are required in order to process a return. Customers are responsible for their own shipping, unless the error was on the part of LUX. When returning the merchandise, please use a tracking delivery service such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed via PayPal. After receiving your package, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation and a refund will immediately be processed. Refunds may take up to 3-7 business days, depending on your banking institution or credit card company.
